Kids Chalet’s vision and mission is focused on creating a leading daycare centre combining European design and pedagogy with English-speaking Early Learning. The Company was built on a three-pillar vision, consisting of: value, quality and community.

Value

We understand modern, working parents are time poor and stressed out and we aim to remove pressure from their lives by offering an all-inclusive fee that consists of: meals, excursions, nappies, bedding, hats and sunscreen and access to an array of experts. This creates more time for parents to spend with their children.

Quality

Our focus on quality is what makes our centres stand out from the competition. Our curriculum follows the most up-to-date research in early education, and we aim to be at the forefront of innovation in the industry.

We hire educators and support staff based on quality of education, alignment to our values and preparedness to support our vision.

Our centres are modern, welcoming and well maintained which provides a sense of calm, community and a recognisable experience.

Community

Our aim is to become an extension of the family unit and a place where both parents and children feel at home.

Holding regular, informative sessions aimed at parents through our extensive contacts in all areas of family life, we not only educate children but inform parents of the latest trends in parenting.
